I’m Jess - weaver of deep soul work and energy medicine
For over 25 years, I’ve devoted myself to the path of healing and transformation - training as a Yoga, Meditation & Tantra Teacher, Multidimensional Energy Healer, Pranic Healer, Channeller of Light, Soul Mastery Practitioner, Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, and Massage Therapist. More than any training or qualification, it has been my lived experience that has shaped the way I hold space for others today.
My journey began through my own search for peace and happiness. For much of my life I struggled with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and a deep sense of disconnection from myself and others. My heart was tightly closed and I lived in patterns of fear, overwhelming negativity and self-sabotage. But underneath it all was a quiet knowing that healing and happiness was possible and I spent years exploring different spiritual practices, healing modalities, and ways to come back to myself.
Everything began to change when I discovered the power of my own energy, and truly learned to listen to the wisdom of my body.
Through my own experience and my work with others, I’ve seen how buried emotions, old wounds, and inherited patterns can quietly live within the body, affecting the way we feel, think, relate, and move through life. No matter how well we care for ourselves physically, unresolved energies can remain stored within the nervous system and tissues, leaving us feeling stuck, depleted, disconnected, or unwell.
I’ve also witnessed the incredible shifts that can happen when we are willing to look within, become more present, and allow our inner light to shine bright. My intention is to offer guidance and a safe space for that to naturally unfold.

Soul Work 1:1 Session
In these powerful online sessions I connect with your energy field, reading and working with the subtle vibrations held within and around you. I use very high frequency energy, galactic technologies, light language, and quantum energy healing for your highest wellbeing. There are two parts to each session:
CLEARING
Releasing vibrational patterns from this life, past lives, and the ancestral lines. We work through the body, the DNA, the chakra system, the auras, the quantum field, the unconscious and the subconscious. You may wish to clear:
Stress from lived or inherited traumas.
Self-sabotage programs, patterns and beliefs.
Physical pain or symptoms that keep coming back.
Dark energy attachments draining your life force and keeping you stuck.
ACTIVATION
New light codes and higher-frequency blueprints will be woven in after the clearing work. We are reuniting you with star frequencies and the crystalline grids of the Earth, leading to an activation of your DNA, an expansion of consciousness and a remembrance of your soul gifts.
The new energies should feel uplifting and vibrant, supporting your highest healing, clarity, and empowerment, allowing you to more easily create and live your most beautiful life.

Soul Work 1:1 sessions are held online. This is the deepest energy work I do, personalised for your specific needs.
For those in Auckland, I run in-person Activate Inner Healing events every few months.

I work in the quantum field of all existence, where there are no boundaries. There is no time or space between me, your physical body and your energy. Your energy body exists in the flowing soup of everything. We are far more connected than we know.
I send healing light frequencies or codes, that can trigger a positive rearrangement within your energy system. Any physical, mental and emotional blocks or traumas from the past may be held within you as an energetic imprint. That imprint can be effortlessly released, allowing you new freedom to create and live your most beautiful life.

The new energy you will experience typically feels uplifting and vibrant. The high frequency energies we bring in will keep running for a few days. It can take time for your body and nervous system to adapt to these deep shifts. As the new coding integrates, you may continue to notice changes in the weeks and months to come.
